I'm Dale Rebhorn, and I am glad to meet you here on my site.
I am on a mission to help build better leaders and managers. I've been a leader since my days in Boy Scouts several decades ago, and I have had leadership and management roles in several different organizations and in different places around the world.
For the last eight years I have been fully dedicated to teaching about leadership: with college students, community leaders, and corporate managers and executives. From my reading and my own personal experiences working with and for many different leaders, I have found that there are really great ideas and best practices. I may have even worked with you at one point! On this site, I'll be sharing my ideas about how to implement these best practices. It's really that simple.
