Friday post: 4 minutes on creativity

I first came across this video earlier this year. I was looking for inspiration on how leaders can hold off on the constant pull to jump in and quickly solve problems for employees.

Little did I know that I would find a music video in Arabic from an artist in Kuwait that would perfectly capture the idea I was looking for.
